At Clubflyers.com, we take pride in producing high-quality printed products at competitive prices. Because most items are custom printed to order, all sales are generally final once production has begun. However, if an order contains a verified defect in workmanship or does not meet generally accepted printing trade standards, Clubflyers.com may, at its sole discretion, provide a reprint, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Custom Printed Orders
All products are custom made based on customer-submitted artwork, specifications, and selections. For that reason, printed orders are not eligible for traditional returns or exchanges once production has started, except in cases of verified workmanship defects or material production errors.

Workmanship Guarantee
Clubflyers.com guarantees printed orders to be free from defects in workmanship. If an order does not conform to generally accepted trade standards, Clubflyers.com may reprint the order or issue a refund at its discretion.

Color Variation and Proofing
Slight variations in color, density, trimming, and alignment are normal in commercial printing and do not automatically qualify as defects. Inkjet, laser, and on-screen proofs may look substantially different from final offset printing. If precise color matching is important, customers should request and purchase a color proof before production. Orders printed without a color proof are not eligible for refunds or credits solely because the final print does not match a home or office proof.

Customer-Submitted File Errors
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, spelling, bleeds, dimensions, quantities, finishing options, and shipping information before placing an order. Clubflyers.com is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted files or approved proofs, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, missing bleeds, or layout issues. This follows the site's general terms placing responsibility for submitted content on the user.

Claim Window
Any claim for a defective or incorrect order should be submitted within 5 business days of delivery or pickup. Claims submitted after that period may be denied.

How to Submit a Claim
To report an issue, customers should contact Clubflyers.com customer support and provide:
- full name
- order number
- description of the issue
- clear photographs of the printed product
- photographs of packaging if damage occurred in transit
Clubflyers.com may request additional information before determining a resolution.

Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, Clubflyers.com may choose one of the following remedies:
- reprint the affected order
- issue store credit
- issue a partial refund
- issue a full refund
The remedy selected will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, credits, or reprints will not be issued for:
- customer-submitted artwork errors
- differences between the final print and an inkjet or laser proof
- minor color variation within normal commercial printing tolerances
- minor cutting or alignment variance within trade standards
- delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside Clubflyers.com's control
- dissatisfaction based on preference rather than a verified production defect

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Clubflyers.com is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by carriers, and title passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier at the shipping point.

Price Match Requests
Price match requests are separate from return or refund claims. Clubflyers.com's Low Price Guarantee applies only when the same product and quantity are found at a lower advertised price within 3 business days of ordering and subject to the company's stated conditions.
